MoyaLinked was born out of frustration. We watched small businesses lose leads because WhatsApp conversations were scattered across personal phones with no visibility, no follow-up system, and no way to scale. We built the tool we wished existed.
The problem we solved
Across industries — real estate, retail, healthcare, logistics — we kept seeing the same story. A business had a WhatsApp number. Customers loved messaging on it. But behind the scenes, it was chaos: one person's phone, no shared access, messages left on read, follow-ups missed, no record of what was promised.
Existing CRMs were built for email. Bolted-on WhatsApp integrations felt clunky, expensive, and required technical setup that small teams couldn't afford. So we started from scratch — with WhatsApp at the centre, not as an afterthought.
