Do I need a paid Meta account to use MoyaLinked?
You need a Meta Business account and an approved WhatsApp Business API phone number. Meta charges for messages sent to customers outside a 24-hour window using approved templates. The Meta free tier includes 1,000 service conversations per month. MoyaLinked itself does not charge per message.
What counts as an agent?
An agent is any user account that logs into MoyaLinked. Each agent gets their own login and can view and reply to conversations assigned to them. Admins can see all conversations and manage the full account.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade to Pro at any time and the charge is prorated. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is never deleted when changing plans.
What do I get during the free trial?
Full Pro access — every feature, no limits, for 14 days. No credit card required to start. At the end of the trial you can subscribe to Pro (R499/month) to keep everything, or your account reverts to the Starter limits.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and EFT/bank transfer for annual Enterprise contracts. Billing is in ZAR for South African customers.
